Many thanks to KageSenshi’s efforts we now have Compiz-Fusion for Fedora7. For more information on how to install it look into KageSenshi’s Blog.
After installing all the stuff I did the following things (Note: This is for Intel video card users and GNOME no KDE support Yet Image may be NSFW.

Step 1: vi /home/deepsa/compiz-fusion-run
LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1 INTEL_BATCH=1 compiz –replace –sm-disable ccp &
Save and exit
Step 2: chmod a+x /home/deepsa/compiz-fusion-run
Step 3: gnome-session-properties
Startup Programs -> New
Name : Compiz-Fusion
Command: /home/deepsa/compiz-fusion-run
OK
Step 4: System -> Preferences -> CompizConfig Settings Manager -> Window Decorations -> Command -> emerald –replace
Step 5: Logout and LogBack In.
